Sylvia is in her second year of teaching yoga, and she loves it. She likes that yoga makes us more powerful in body AND mind. She turned to yoga to heal from running injuries and stayed because it impacted her entire life. She primarily teaches ashtanga short form and vinyasa flow, and likes to challenge and nurture students at the same time.
