10:30 am | Intuitive Vinyasa | YOGA LOFT 1
I practice yoga because I love yoga. It’s this love that fuels my daily practice, my learning, my teaching and binds the three together. It has been 15 years since yoga found me and I am continually inspired by its transformative power of movement and presence.
I am fortunate to have acquired thousands of hours of formal training in yoga and meditation and consider myself a forever student, always learning and applying these teachings, ultimately, to the life long study and refinement of Self.
I am deeply grateful for my many teachers; D’Ana Baptiste, Simon Park, my practice, my peers, the students who show up on their mats, and my most formative teacher and mentor, Maggie Odette.
My teachings are rooted in ashtanga with a fresh perspective on modern vinyasa. I offer a playful blend of self-exploration and empowering postures, working with breath to cultivate space in the body and in the heart. It is my privilege and intention to offer a safe place for personal growth in mind, body and spirit.
Taking over for my mentor June of 2015, I am currently the director of The Front YogaLoft at The Front Climbing Club in Ogden, Utah and, as an E-RYT 500 and YACEP, I lead the studio’s YogaLife Teacher Training program where we’ve successfully trained over 80 yoga teachers.
Equal parts effort and ease with breath, focused vinyasa and the sweetest surrender of yin. Come prepared to play and be lovingly pushed beyond what the mind likes to assume and move into what the body already knows.
Tap into intuition and unleash creativity with some free flowing fun.
